RESALE RATES:

The resale rate is applicable to Public Service Districts outside of the Mannington corporation limits.

Current resale rate is $3.515 per 1,000 gallons. March resale rate will be $3.860 per 1,000 gallons.

(C) DELAYED PAYMENT PENALTY

The above tariff is net. On all accounts not paid in full within twenty (20) days of the date of the bill, ten percent (10%) will be added to the net amount shown. This delayed payment penalty; is not interest and is only to be collected once for each bill where it is appropriate.
