(2)   AVAILABILITY:     Sanitary Sewer Service will be made available to all users of the City of Mannington water service. General domestic, commercial and industrial service.

(3)   RATES:    (Based upon the metered amount of water supplied):

First                     2,000 gallons used per month                    $7.70 per M gallon

Next                    8,000 gallons used per month                     6.52 per M gallon

Next                    30,000 gallons used per month                  5.23 per M gallon

Over                    40,000 gallons used per month                  4.02 per M gallon

Minimum monthly sewer bill:

No bill will be rendered for less than 2,000 gallons of water used ($15.40) per month.

DELAYED PAYMENT PENALTY

On all accounts not paid in full within twenty (20) days of date of bill, ten percent (10%) will be added to the net amount shown above. This amount is not interest and is only to be collected once when applicable.

If any bill is not paid within sixty (60) days after date of bill, the City will proceed to collect the account in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
